Treatment and Cancellation Policies

Your appointments are very important to us at Me Time Indulgence.   Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations.

We recommend that you text, call, or email us in advance to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.

CANCELLATION  AND RESCHEDULING


  •  As a courtesy to our other clients and due to limited availability, we require a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of spa treatments.


  • ​If appointments are made within the 48-hour period, then cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time.  ​Less than 4-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice will result in a charge of $40 and limitation to all discounts, deals, and promotions.


  • The cancellation policies allows us ample time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping the spa schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.  Me Time Indulgence policies are intended to provide outstanding services to all our clientele. 


CONFIRMATION  EMAILS AND TEXTS

  • As a courtesy, Me Time Indulgence will send you an email and text to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date.


  • Please arrive at Me Time Indulgence  on time for your appointment.  Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time.  Appointments will only be held for 15 minutes.  


  • To preserve the harmony and serenity we want to provide for our clients, services may be denied at the discretion of the Me Time Indulgence.
